SMART X2S Features
- From crystal to structure
The SMART X2S is a true benchtop system that can be placed anywhere in your laboratory. It is extremely compact, lightweight and completely air-cooled. It requires only AC power to operate, drawing ten times less power than a standard diffractometer.
The SMART X2S is also the first completely closed-beam system for X-ray structure determination. The sample is inserted through an external port and then loaded and centered automatically, so that users never need to put their hands in the enclosure.
For more sensitive samples a low temperature device is available that does not require liquid nitrogen and cools the sample to 200K.
Best of all, the SMART X2S offers all this functionality at a price you can afford. It is the most economically priced single crystal diffractometer on the market and also features by far the lowest operating costs.
